Register, Activate and Login.
Registering is free and does not commit you to use us but it allows you to use our services and to buy currency immediately should you wish.
Please complete the details in either the Personal or Business Registration pages; all fields marked mandatory are required for us to comply with Anti-Money-Laundering Regulations (“AML”).
The information supplied will allow our Customer Services to process an account for you, they will email you to confirm what further information we require from you to verify your identity, usually we will need a copy of your ID and proof of your address sending through to us. For Corporate customers we will require ID documents for two Directors. Again this is to do with AML and to ensure the safety and security of our customers and to deter online fraud.
Once the information is received Customer Services will email you to confirm your account has been Activated (this will normally only take a few minutes) and you can Login, using the email address and password you registered with, and use our services.
If you decide to accept our quote, your payment is made direct to the Mina Express Client Account and for your protection your money will not leave the Client Account until the transfer has been processed and the money is on its way to your beneficiary. We will email you the Contract Note to confirm payment. Contract Notes will also be available to you by logging on to your own account through the online system.
